Cut chicken thighs or breast into portion sizes and trim off the fat.
Sprinkle Spartan Spice evenly on both sides of the chicken.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken.
Drizzle some olive oil and white wine over the chicken.
Leave to marinate in the fridge for minimum half an hour. Flavour deepens the longer the chicken is left to marinate.
Pan fry chicken on low heat.
Cook chicken til browned.
Ready to serve with a sprig of parsley and a wedge of lemon. Delicious with cooked vegetables or a fresh salad.

Pour over red meat and marinate for at least one hour.
